Sunday, March 30, 11:55 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (investigated): A motor vehicle crash was investigated on Revere Street.

Sunday, March 30, 12:15 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (reported by mail): A motor vehicle crash on Pleasant Street near Lawrence Lane was reported by mail.

Sunday, March 30, 2:56 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (investigated): A motor vehicle crash was investigated at Crescent Road and Briggs Road.

Monday, March 31, 10:30 a.m.Fraud: A fraud incident originating outside Lexington was reported on the 40 block of Greenwood Street.

Monday, March 31, 11:39 a.m.Forgery/Counterfeiting: A forgery or counterfeiting incident was reported at the Lexington Visitors Center on the 1800 block of Massachusetts Avenue.

Monday, March 31, 12:34 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (not investigated): A motor vehicle crash was reported at Dover Lane and Pleasant Street.

Monday, March 31, 12:41 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (not investigated): A motor vehicle crash was reported at Bedford Street and Winter Street.

Monday, March 31, 2:32 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (not investigated): A motor vehicle crash was reported in the parking area of Lexington High School on the 200 block of Waltham Street.

Monday, March 31, 3:15 p.m.Suspicious Activity — Motor Vehicle: Suspicious motor vehicle activity was reported on the 20 block of Marrett Road.

Tuesday, April 1, 8:17 a.m.Sudden Death: Police responded to a sudden death at a residence on the 1000 block of Waltham Street.

Tuesday, April 1, 12:05 p.m.Disturbance: A general disturbance was reported at 12466 Main Campus Drive.

Tuesday, April 1, 3:55 p.m.Parking Complaint: A parking complaint was filed on the 100 block of Lowell Street near Lexington Health Care Center.

Tuesday, April 1, 4:51 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (investigated): A motor vehicle crash was investigated at Massachusetts Avenue and Woburn Street.

Tuesday, April 1, 7:55 p.m.Suspicious Activity — Persons: Suspicious persons were reported on the 20 block of Hayes Lane.

Wednesday, April 2, 9:29 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash — Hit and Run (property damage): A hit-and-run motor vehicle crash involving property damage was reported at Bedford Street and Revere Street.

Wednesday, April 2, 4:26 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (investigated): A motor vehicle crash was investigated on the 800 block of Waltham Street.

Wednesday, April 2, 5:40 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (not investigated): A motor vehicle crash was reported at Massachusetts Avenue and Woburn Street. (Editor's note: confirm this is distinct from the 04/01 crash at same location.)

Wednesday, April 2, 10:20 a.m.Police Investigation: Police conducted an investigation at Pine Knoll Nursing Center on the 30 block of Watertown Street.

Wednesday, April 2, 12:46 p.m.Police Investigation: Police conducted an investigation on the 4 block of Ingleside Road.

Thursday, April 3, 8:06 a.m.Erratic Motor Vehicle Operation: Two reports of erratic or hazardous motor vehicle operation were received on Massachusetts Avenue near Wood Street and near Worthen Road.

Thursday, April 3, 10:09 a.m.Fraud: A fraud incident originating outside Lexington was reported on the 4 block of Cottage Street.

Thursday, April 3, 1:42 p.m.Fraud — Credit Card/ATM: A credit card or ATM fraud was reported at Oak Grove Crossing on the 5 block of Tidd Circle.

Thursday, April 3, 3:23 p.m.Vandalism: Property damage was reported at the Old Reservoir on the 500 block of Marrett Road.

Thursday, April 3, 5:47 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash — Vehicle vs. Bicycle: A motor vehicle struck a bicycle at Grant Street and East Street.

Friday, April 4, 10:41 a.m.Fraud: A fraud incident originating outside Lexington was reported at 2 Vynebrooke Village.

Friday, April 4, 10:59 a.m.Vandalism: Property damage was reported on the 60 block of Munroe Road.

Friday, April 4, 3:00 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (investigated): A motor vehicle crash was investigated on the 20 block of Volunteer Way.

Friday, April 4, 3:42–4:00 p.m.Town Bylaw — Leaf Blower (multiple): Leaf-blower bylaw complaints were received at addresses on Philip Road, Middle Street, and Buckman Drive.

Friday, April 4, 10:06 a.m.Town Bylaw — Leaf Blower: A leaf-blower bylaw complaint was received on the 10 block of Augustus Road. (Note: this entry is dated 04/03 in the log; placed here in chronological order.)

Friday, April 4, 10:18 a.m.Suspicious Activity — Persons: Suspicious persons were reported on the 200 block of Follen Road.

Saturday, April 5, 12:34 a.m.Operating Under the Influence of Liquor or Drugs: Police responded to a report at Massachusetts Avenue and Barnes Place. (No arrest name or charge details were included in the log for this entry — see Review section.)

Saturday, April 5, 1:09 a.m.Noise Complaint: A noise complaint was received on the 6 block of Rolfe Road.

Saturday, April 5, 9:34 a.m.Parking Complaint: A parking complaint was filed at Oakland Street and Meriam Street.

Saturday, April 5, 11:30 a.m.Alarm — Municipal Property: An alarm was triggered at Lexington High School on the 200 block of Waltham Street.

Saturday, April 5, 4:01 p.m.Fraud — Impersonation: An impersonation fraud was reported on the 30 block of Moreland Avenue.

Saturday, April 5, 5:11 p.m.Arrest — Outside Warrant: Police executed an outside warrant arrest on the 100 block of Maple Street. (The log does not include the arrestee's name, age, town, or charges for this entry — see Review section.)

Saturday, April 5, 6:28 p.m.Town Bylaw: A town bylaw complaint was received at 1359R Massachusetts Avenue.
