Monday, June 22, 6:42 a.m.Wire Down: A downed wire was reported on the 30 block of Arcola Street.

Monday, June 22, 8:47 a.m.Tree/Limb Down: A downed tree or limb was reported on the 20 block of Blake Road.

Monday, June 22, 1:56 p.m.Motor Vehicle Theft: A vehicle theft was reported at the 30 block of Bedford Street (Stop & Shop).

Monday, June 22, 5:51 p.m.Tree/Limb Down: A downed tree or limb was reported on the Minuteman Commuter Bikeway near Meriam Street.

Tuesday, June 23, 12:25 a.m.Noise Complaint: A noise complaint was received at the 400 block of Katahdin Drive.

Tuesday, June 23, 11:52 a.m.Motor Vehicle — Erratic/Hazardous Operation: An erratically operated vehicle was reported at Fletcher Avenue and Massachusetts Avenue.

Tuesday, June 23, 3:10 p.m.Motor Vehicle — Erratic/Hazardous Operation: An erratically operated vehicle was reported at Bedford Street and Revere Street.

Tuesday, June 23, 5:09 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Investigated): A motor vehicle crash was investigated at the 100 block of Concord Avenue.

Wednesday, June 24, 6:57 a.m.Bicycle Crash: A bicycle crash was reported at Woburn Street and the Minuteman Commuter Bikeway.

Wednesday, June 24, 8:40 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Investigated): A motor vehicle crash was investigated at Waltham Street and Blossomcrest Road.

Wednesday, June 24, 10:38 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash — Hit-and-Run/Property Damage: A hit-and-run property-damage crash was reported at Waltham Street and Hayden Avenue.

Wednesday, June 24, 11:27 a.m.Alarm — Non-Resident/High Risk: A high-risk alarm was triggered at the 0 block of Fletcher Avenue (Common Trust Federal Credit Union). (Note: This location triggered high-risk alarms on three separate dates — June 24, 25, and 26 — see entries below.)

Wednesday, June 24, 1:27 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Investigated): A motor vehicle crash was investigated at the 20 block of Waltham Street.

Wednesday, June 24, 3:26 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash — Vehicle vs. Bicycle: A crash involving a motor vehicle and a bicycle was reported at the 2400 block of Massachusetts Avenue.

Wednesday, June 24, 7:54 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Not Investigated): A motor vehicle crash was reported but not investigated at Route 2 and Pleasant Street.

Wednesday, June 24, 8:20 p.m.Alarm — Non-Resident/High Risk: A high-risk alarm was triggered at the 0 block of Fletcher Avenue (Common Trust Federal Credit Union).

Thursday, June 25, 11:23 a.m.Fraud — Wire: A wire fraud complaint was reported at the 60 block of Buckman Drive.

Thursday, June 25, 3:27 p.m.Fraud — Outside Lexington Crime: A fraud complaint originating outside Lexington was reported at the 90 block of Hancock Street.

Thursday, June 25, 3:28 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Investigated): A motor vehicle crash was investigated at Bedford Street and North Hancock Street.

Thursday, June 25, 8:01 p.m.Tree/Limb Down: A downed tree or limb was reported at Lowell Street and Bryant Road.

Friday, June 26, 11:41 a.m.Fraud — Confidence Game/Swindle/False Pretenses: A fraud complaint was reported at the 0 block of Piper Road.

Friday, June 26, 12:17 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Not Investigated): A motor vehicle crash was reported but not investigated at the 300 block of Concord Avenue.

Friday, June 26, 1:29 p.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported at the 20 block of Webster Road.

Friday, June 26, 2:20 p.m.Larceny — Shoplifting: A shoplifting incident was reported at the 1700 block of Massachusetts Avenue (CVS).

Friday, June 26, 4:05 p.m.Trash Dumping: Illegal trash dumping was reported at the 40 block of Ridge Road.

Friday, June 26, 4:33 p.m.Bicycle Crash: A bicycle crash was reported at the 50 block of Bedford Street (near Carewell Urgent Care).

Friday, June 26, 5:57 p.m.Customer Dispute: A customer dispute was reported at the 300 block of Marrett Road (Cumberland Farms).

Saturday, June 27, 4:21 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Investigated): A motor vehicle crash was investigated at the 400 block of Bedford Street.

Saturday, June 27, 11:47 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (Investigated): A motor vehicle crash was investigated at Bedford Street and Eldred Street.

Saturday, June 27, 2:50 p.m.Larceny: A larceny was reported at the 200 block of Bedford Street (Mobil Gas Station).

Saturday, June 27, 2:57 p.m.Town Bylaw — Leaf Blower: A leaf blower bylaw complaint was reported at the 0 block of Daniels Street.

Sunday, June 28, 1:28 a.m.Arrest — Outside Warrant: An individual was arrested on an outstanding warrant at the 80 block of Wood Street. No name, age, or town of residence was provided in the log for this arrest.

Sunday, June 28, 12:04 a.m.Noise Complaint: A noise complaint was received at the 10 block of Franklin Road.

Sunday, June 28, 2:59 p.m.Fraud — Impersonation: A fraud by impersonation was reported at the 1000 block of Waltham Street (Brookhaven at Lexington).

Sunday, June 28, 3:51 p.m.Civil Dispute: A civil dispute was reported at the 0 block of April Lane.

Sunday, June 28, 4:48 p.m.Wire Down: A downed wire was reported at Grant Street and York Street.

Sunday, June 28, 2:57 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash — Hit-and-Run/Property Damage: A hit-and-run property-damage crash was reported at North Street and Opi Circle.
