Bedford Street Condo Building Anchors Wide-Ranging Lexington Sales

Eighteen Lexington properties recorded deeds between July 17 and Aug. 15, with 13 disclosing a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $605,000 to $3.45 million, with a median of $1.24 million. The period's top sale was 27 Slocum Road at $3.45 million, sold by trustees Wendy and Telis Bertsekas to David Scott Sloan, trustee of the Slocum Road Nominee Trust. Three condominium units in the same building at 93 Bedford Street sold during the period, all from FK Partners Lexington LLC. Seven of 13 disclosed sales fell between $1 million and $2 million, the largest price tier by count. Five of the 18 transfers listed no sale price, four of which moved between family members into trusts.
