Lexington recorded 17 property transfers between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, with eight carrying a listed sale price ranging from $679,720 to $3 million and a median of $1,118,750. The month's top transaction was 223 Grove St., which sold for $3 million, nearly $1 million above the next-highest sale at 12 Boxwood Lane ($1.96 million). Nine transfers showed no recorded price, several of which appear to be trust or family transfers rather than market sales. With a wide price spread and no single street seeing repeat activity, the data shows no clear directional trend for the local market this period.
