The South Middlesex Registry of Deeds recorded 19 Lexington property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22. Of those, 11 had a sale price recorded, ranging from $605,000 to $4,625,000, with a median of $1,450,000. The period's top sale was 10 Burnham Rd at $4,625,000, sold by HBC LLC to Robert Aprill and Christine Woods Aprill. Three condominium units at 93 Bedford St and two properties on Woburn Street each accounted for multiple sales. Eight transfers carried no price recorded yet and listed matching family names on both sides, consistent with trust transfers rather than open-market sales.
