Lexington recorded 17 property sales between July 31 and Aug. 29, per South Middlesex Registry of Deeds filings. Disclosed prices, available for 15 of the 17 transactions, ranged from $895,000 to $2.8 million, with a median of $1,289,900. The top sale was 7 Burnham Rd at $2.8 million, sold by Kevin P. Ray and Diana M. Arena to Yizhong Yin. Bedford Street saw two sales, and seller FK Partners Lexington LLC appeared in two transactions. Two trust transfers carried no disclosed price. The data does not indicate whether conditions favor buyers or sellers.
