Lexington July Deed Filings Show Wide Price Spread, Led By $23.55 Million Bedford Street Sale

Lexington recorded 20 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, with 12 disclosing a sale price. Prices ranged from $850,000 (16 Farmcrest Ave.) to $23,550,000 (475 Bedford St., sold to Pulte Homes of New England LLC), and the median disclosed sale price was $1,515,000. Turning Mill Road and Massachusetts Avenue each had two recorded sales. Seven of the eight transfers without a disclosed price were trust or family transfers, a pattern typical of deed records.
