Seven of the 20 deeds, over a third, moved property within families or into trusts with no price recorded yet. Two units at 93 Bedford St sold from the same entity seller, FK Partners Lexington LLC. The data shows a spread across price tiers with no single tier dominating, and no per-square-foot comparisons are possible since square footage was not part of the deed records.
