Lexington's priciest sale in four weeks tops $4.5 million as trust transfers make up a third of recorded deeds

Twenty Lexington property transfers were recorded between July 10 and Aug. 8, with 13 disclosing a sale price. Prices ranged from $1,040,000 to $4,570,000, with a median of $1,580,000. The top sale was 14 Thoreau Rd at $4,570,000, sold by Thoreau Road LLC to Priya and Varun Chirravuri on July 13. Seven of the 20 deeds, over a third, moved property within families or into trusts with no price disclosed. Two units at 93 Bedford St sold from the same entity seller, FK Partners Lexington LLC. The data shows a spread across price tiers with no single tier dominating, and no per-square-foot comparisons are possible since square footage was not part of the deed records.
