Mysterious 'Robots Only' Sign Appears on Minuteman Bikeway
LEXINGTON — A newly posted "robots only" sign on the Minuteman Bikeway has Lexington residents asking questions, according to Patch. The discovery came as Town Hall moved forward with a hearing date on renewing a cable television license and the town's high school building committee prepared to meet this week.
TOWN HALL The Select Board has scheduled a public hearing for Monday, Aug. 31, on renewing Verizon's cable television license in Lexington, according to a legal notice posted this week on the town's calendar.
Separately, the town highlighted a partnership with Bay State Textiles that gives residents dedicated bins for textile recycling, covering clothing, shoes, and household linens, according to the town's website.
SCHOOLS The Lexington School Building Committee is scheduled to meet Thursday, Aug. 27, according to the town calendar, continuing its work on the town's high school building project. A separate School Committee Policy Subcommittee session planned for the same day has been canceled.
