Monday, January 19, 2026, 11:09 a.m. — Arrest: A motor vehicle stop at 430 Bedford Street (parking lot). Kyle Andrew Petty, 32, of Lowell, was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Liquor, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Drugs, Operating a Motor Vehicle Negligently So As To Endanger, and Drinking Alcohol/Open Container While Operating a Motor Vehicle (two counts).
Monday, January 19, 2026, 2:00 p.m. — Arrest: At the Lexington Police Department, 1575 Massachusetts Avenue. Robensley Auguste, 29, of Burlington, was charged with an assist-related offense (charge code 936).
Friday, January 23, 2026, 5:23 a.m. — Arrest: At the Lexington Police Department, 1575 Massachusetts Avenue. David Toro-Agudelo, 30, of Lowell, was charged with an assist-related offense (charge code 936).
