Monday, April 7, 8:45 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (not investigated): Two-vehicle crash at Spring and Old Spring Streets.

Monday, April 7, 12:01 p.m.Criminal Process: Attempted service of process at the 34 block of Baskin Road.

Tuesday, April 8, 7:43 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (not investigated): Crash reported at Bedford and Winter Streets.

Tuesday, April 8, 9:44 a.m.Disabled Motor Vehicle: A disabled motor vehicle was reported at the 295 block of Waltham Street.

Wednesday, April 9, 7:40 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (investigated): Crash at the 283 block of Concord Avenue.

Wednesday, April 9, 7:50 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash — Hit and Run (property damage): A hit-and-run crash with property damage was reported at Spring and Shire Way Streets.

Wednesday, April 9, 8:00 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (investigated): Crash at Waltham and Hayden Avenue.

Wednesday, April 9, 9:38 a.m.Disabled Motor Vehicle: A disabled motor vehicle was reported at the 315 block of Bedford Street.

Wednesday, April 9, 14:54 p.m.Vandalism: Property damage reported at Bedford Street and Massachusetts Avenue.

Wednesday, April 9, 16:22 p.m.Wire Down: A downed wire was reported at the 4 block of Sherburne Road.

Wednesday, April 9, 16:42 p.m.Lost Property: A lost property report was filed at the 1605 block of Massachusetts Avenue (Cary Memorial Hall).

Wednesday, April 9, 17:06 p.m.Breaking and Entering — Motor Vehicle: A motor vehicle break-in was reported at the 10 block of Blossom Street.

Wednesday, April 9, 23:09 p.m.Threats: A threats complaint was reported at the 30 block of Captain Parker Arms.

Thursday, April 10, 7:59 a.m.Malicious/Wanton Destruction of Property: Property destruction reported at the 80 block of Worthen Road (Lexington Town Pool).

Thursday, April 10, 8:56 a.m.Suspicious Motor Vehicle: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported at the 36 block of Bedford Street (Stop & Shop).

Thursday, April 10, 18:51 p.m.Fraud — Impersonation: A fraud by impersonation was reported at the 80 block of Potter Pond.

Thursday, April 10, 12:44 p.m.Police-Ordered Tow: A vehicle was towed at Clarke and Park Drive Streets.

Friday, April 11, 11:01 a.m.Fraud (outside Lexington): A fraud incident originating outside Lexington was reported at the 76 block of Wood Street.

Friday, April 11, 12:35 p.m.Vandalism: Property damage reported at the 80 block of Worthen Road (Lexington Town Pool).

Friday, April 11, 14:50 p.m.Motor Vehicle Theft: A motor vehicle theft was reported at the 66 block of Solomon Pierce Road.

Friday, April 11, 22:12 p.m.Motor Vehicle — Erratic/Hazardous Operation: An erratically operated motor vehicle was reported at Marrett Road and Route 128.

Saturday, April 12, 9:19 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash — Hit and Run (property damage): A hit-and-run crash with property damage was reported at the 2210 block of Massachusetts Avenue.

Saturday, April 12, 15:50 p.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (investigated): Crash at Bedford Street and Hartwell Avenue.

Sunday, April 13, 7:27 a.m.Disabled Motor Vehicle: A disabled motor vehicle was reported at Bedford and Hill Streets.

Sunday, April 13, 7:19 a.m.Motor Vehicle Crash (investigated): Crash at the 476 block of Bedford Street.

Sunday, April 13, 13:44 p.m.Suspicious Activity — Persons: Suspicious persons reported at the 107 block of Adams Street.

Sunday, April 13, 18:42 p.m.911 Caller ID Investigation: A 911 caller ID investigation was initiated at the 10 block of Burnham Road.

Sunday, April 13, 18:18 p.m.Open Door/Window — Business or Residence: An unsecured door or window was reported at the 50 block of Pleasant Street.
