Domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and juvenile matters are excluded per Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 41, section 98F).
Thursday, April 2, 2026, 2:20 p.m. — Arrest: Police responded to the area of Colony Road. Robert E. John, 62, of Lexington, was charged with Police Assist (charge code 055).
Friday, April 3, 2026, 3:03 a.m. — Arrest: Police responded to the area of the 1500 block of Massachusetts Avenue. Steven Menard, 37, of Lynn, was charged with Assist (charge code 936).
Sunday, April 5, 2026, 12:46 a.m. — Arrest: A motor vehicle stop was made at Massachusetts Avenue at Barnes Place. Michael J. Cain, 31, of Lowell, was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Liquor (second offense) and operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger.
Sunday, April 5, 2026, 5:11 p.m. — Arrest: Police responded to the 100 block of Maple Street on an outside warrant. Cynthia Corcione-Robbins, 42, of Chelsea, was arrested on two outside warrants.
