Lexington recorded 20 property transfers at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds from Sept. 4 to Oct. 3. Among the nine sales with a posted price, prices ranged from $915,000 to $3,900,000, with a median of $1,799,900. The month's top sale was 15 Winthrop Rd at $3,900,000, followed closely by 31 Winthrop Rd at $3,175,000, making it the only street with two transactions among the priced sales. Nine of the 11 unpriced transfers show the same family names as both seller and buyer, consistent with trust or estate transfers rather than open-market sales, meaning actual market turnover this period was likely narrower than the 20-transfer count suggests.
