Lexington Records 20 Home Sales From $346,655 to $3.32 Million
Lexington recorded 20 property sales between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, according to deed filings from the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds. Prices were available for 14 of those sales, ranging from $346,655 for a Courtyard Place condominium to $3,320,000 for a home at 10 Victory Garden Way; the median sale price was $1,335,500. The remaining six sales, including several transfers of property into revocable trusts by their existing owners, had no price yet available. Four sales topped $2 million, led by Victory Garden Way, while Lowell Street recorded two separate sales during the period.
