TOWN -- The Recreation & Community Programs Department announced that registration for its fall program lineup opens Tuesday, Aug. 18, according to the department's website. The department has also scheduled a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Center Recreation Playground for Thursday, Sept. 3.
