LEXINGTON -- Twenty properties changed hands in Lexington between June 26 and July 25, according to deeds recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $1,195,000 to $3,125,000.

The registry recorded 20 property transfers during the period, of which 14 included a disclosed sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $1,195,000 to $3,125,000, with a median sale price of $1,770,000. The remaining six transactions did not list a consideration amount, which is standard for certain deed types and does not necessarily indicate a below-market or above-market transaction. Based on raw count alone, 20 recorded transfers in a one-month span represents a moderate volume of activity; the data does not include prior-period figures for comparison.

TOP SALES
